Covid Patient Information & Support Service | Menu

"Our aim is to provide the highest quality of treatment and care to get you back to peak health as soon as possible"

For the safety of our patients and staff we have incorporated practices and precautions as laid out by the following bodies:

Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Physio First, HNS England, Government Covid response directions.

Guidelines for attending a face to face consultation:

  • You will be triaged over the telephone by a member of staff prior to your visit.
  • DO NOT ATTEND your appointment if you or anyone you live with has any of the signs and symptoms of Covid 19. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice
  • Wear a face mask to attend your appointment. If you don’t have one we will be able to provide you with one
  • For convenience If you think you may have to remove any outer clothing for your treatment please wear easy to remove items
  • If you have a lift remember they will not be able to come into the clinic to wait
  • You will be required to sign a Declaration form prior to your treatment once you attend the clinic
  • Toilets will not be available
  • Upon entering the clinic we will need you to sanitise your hands straight away
  • We only accept card payments – preferably contactless - if you have to touch the card machine it will be sterilised
  • Please respect the safety of the Reception staff and take a seat straightaway and maintain a 2 meter space unless using the card machine – a screen is in place for this
  • Your physio will be wearing PPE

Please help us to help you - that way we can all stay safe
